We undertake assignments covering review of strategy and its execution. The focus is always to first understand what the client’s pain points are, what they want and what their actual needs may be. A clear description of desired outcomes is first important step we take in any assignment.
It has been our experience that, more often than not, most companies have strategies that read very similar on paper (fast moving tech areas such as AI can be an exception) and differences in outcomes are often dependent on the quality and pace of execution.
We do not try to impose one standard template while consulting for our clients. We look at the context and the situation of the client very closely and customize our approach accordingly.
Areas of Focus:
Certain areas that we examine as part of any assignment are:
- Market – Product Matrix
- Customer data – Extent, quality and related processes
- IT backbone and data quality
- Form vs Substance – Particularly at the lower levels in the Company’s hierarchy.
