Mr. K.S. Kumar, a post graduate from the well known Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, has over 50 years of corporate experience including close to 40 years in the G.C.C. – Oman, UAE, Saudi and Qatar. During his career, he has seen, adapted to and successfully managed profound changes in economic and regulatory environments and in Information Technology.
“Yes, there have been incredible changes from 1974 to 2023. And while technology and therefore processes have undergone significant changes, I believe that underlying philosophy of managing a business well have not changed. Customer focus, a focus on basics, a flexible and adaptable business model – these remain the same,” says Kumar.
Commencing his career in Finance, he moved to a CEO role in 1991 and worked with diversified large business groups. He has worked with both manufacturers and with distributors. In terms of Industries, he has worked in Automotive, Chemicals, Construction Materials, Consumer Durables and so on.
Mr. Kumar thus brings to his consulting all the insights and clarity gained from his many decades of experience that will be beneficial to all his clients.
